Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Processing time is separate from the carrier’s estimated delivery time. You will receive an email with tracking information after your order ships.

United States Shipping

Vellura Wellness currently ships within the United States only.

Available shipping options are:

  • Standard Shipping: $8.00; estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after processing

  • Express Shipping: $15.00; estimated delivery within 1–2 business days after processing

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on qualifying orders of $65 or more after discounts and before taxes

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, high shipping volume, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order begins processing. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow time for the carrier’s system to update after the shipping label is created.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking has not updated or the package is delayed, contact the shipping carrier first for the latest information. You may also email us at vellurawellnessllc@gmail.com, and we will assist with the carrier inquiry when possible.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but it cannot be located, check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and the carrier. Report the issue to us promptly.

Damaged Packages

If an item arrives damaged, contact vellurawellnessllc@gmail.com within seven days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and shipping package.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available.
