Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident purchasing from Vellura Wellness. Please review the following policy before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all seals intact.

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, altered, or removed from their original packaging.

To request a return, email vellurawellnessllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before mailing the product. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within seven days of delivery at vellurawellnessllc@gmail.com.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and shipping package. Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs for unwanted products. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Vellura Wellness will cover reasonable return or replacement shipping costs when we sent the wrong product or the product arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit-card company to process the refund after it has been issued. Processing times vary by financial institution.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before fulfillment begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process described above.

Skin Sensitivities

Individual skincare results and sensitivities may vary. Review the product ingredients before use and perform a patch test when appropriate. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Opened or used products are not eligible for return solely because of personal preference or skin sensitivity.
